What you will be doing Adult disability caseload including neurological conditions, physical disabilities including cerebral palsy and spina bifida, developmental and motor delays, learning and intellectual disabilities or behavioural and emotional regulation difficulties Working environments include clinic, community and the comfort of your own home Diverse clinical caseload with options to tailor to your interest area Role includes Assistive Technology prescription, home assessments/modifications and much more Training provided where required Liaising with external stakeholders Why this role: Remuneration between $88,000 - $120,000 super Weekly in-services/team meetings TRUE FLEXIBILITY - option to work longer hours and only work a couple of hours on a Friday (or any other day of your choosing) Option for a 9 day fortnight Purpose-built facility with fantastic resources Family-friendly organisation Sustainable caseload/billable hours PD budget of $1500 Weekly supervision Hybrid working Great team culture with birthday celebrations and weekly social events Collaborate and learn with experienced Occupational Therapists Ability to accrue additional leave An incredibly approachable management team that listens to you and implements your ideas What you will need: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy Full AHPRA registration Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Drivers license and own vehicle Minimum 1 year postgraduate experience Interested in this position?
